Electrical properties of nanosilver layer made with spray coating technique
Abstract
The method of silvering different substrates by spray coating technique is shown. The silver layers were obtained on aluminium oxide, sodium-glass, Kapton foil and aluminium substrates. The layers may be deposited in different working conditions, both in a factory or during outdoor services. Layers can be obtained on different substrate shapes and sintered in temperatures below 300 oC. This is an alternative method to vacuum silvering or environment unfriendly electroplating. In this paper, the authors show the electrical properties of the silver layers, its thickness and suitable sintering temperature.
