Abstract
There was revived state of knowledge concerning to support metallurgy and welding processes by mechanical vibration. There are presented selected results of researches of solidification process with ultrasonic vibration and various frequency vibration influence on the structure and properties of different joints such as austenitic steel, nickel, Inconel and aluminum alloys. There was described of results of introduction self experimental work under welding processes supporting by mechanical vibrations. A few different of ideas of vibration input into the base metal was presented. Supporting of welding processes by a mechanical vibration was used to base metals such us low carbon steel, meddle carbon steel, austenitic steel and aluminum alloy. There was described pulsed resistance microjoining experiment with ultrasonic vibration.
