Abstract
The flexibility of the sintering process makes possible the valorisation of blast furnace dust with valuable elements content by feeding directly to the mixing beds This solution makes it possible to recover and recycle the dusts as iron unit and carbon source and also to solve the environmental problems associated to internal wastes from integrated steelplant As result it is necessary the systematic investigation of the of BF dust properties in accordance with the requirements of the recycling process This work presents and discusses the result of the determinations of the characteristics of the blast furnace dust in accordance with the conditions necessary for the internal valorisation into sinter feed.
