Abstract
<p>This paper deals with fatigue analysis of threaded connections comparing results with experimental results. The fatigue initiation life results of the tests were assessed using the strain-life approach. The strain life approach is demonstrated to be effective in dealing with a number of design variables for fatigue crack initiation problem of complicated details.</p>
