Integration of semiconductors molecules and metals into microstructured optical fibers
Abstract
Integration of semiconductors, molecules and metals into microstructured optical fibers allows for exploitation of the broad range of electronic and optical properties that these materials can exhibit, making possible in-fiber optoelectronic devices, new types of fiber lasers, and fiber based chemical sensors.
