Abstract
The 2009 European Signal Processing Conference (EUSIPCO-2009) is the 17th in a series of conferences organised by the European Association for Signal, Speech, and Image Processing (EURASIP, www.eurasip.org). The conference is organised by the University of Strathclyde and will be held in the stunning Royal Concert Hall in the heart of the city of Glasgow, Scotland.The event also features a grand reception at the Glasgow City Chambers (town hall; Tues 25th Aug), and a banquet at the UK's most popular museum, the Kelvingrove Art Gallery (Thurs 27th Aug) which will be reserved exclusively for Eusipco from 6pm.
