Abstract

Le travail présenté ici traite d’un système constructif en extrusion robotisée de matériaux cimentaires. L’extrusion est réalisée selon le procédé décrit par [1], qui consiste en le pompage d’un micro mortier autoplaçant et son extrusion par adjuvantation en tête. Le matériau est fourni par Lafarge Holcim, le logiciel de contrôle robot est Hal Robotics et l’outil d’impression développé par XtreeE. Concernant les systèmes constructifs atteignables par de tels procédés, une classification a été proposée [2]. Elle consiste en l’identification des paramètres intrinsèques et critiques au problème, ainsi qu’une cartographie des approches envisageables.
