Simulation numérique de l'emboutissage à chaud des aciers trempables
Abstract
In this paper, a methodology is proposed to simulate hot stamping of quenchable steels using the finite element method. This process involves non linear phenomena due to large displacements, rotations and strains but also, the elasto-visco-plastic behavior of the structure. During hot stamping, the microstructure and the steel rheology depend on the thermal aspects. The proposed methodology includes the coupling between the thermal, the metallurgical and the mechanical phenomena.
