The Materials Map is still under development. In its current state, it is only based on one single data source and, thus, incomplete and contains duplicates. We are working on incorporating new open data sources like ORCID to improve the quality and the timeliness of our data. Abstract

We report the development of an electrochemical sensor platform for ultrasensitive and rapid detection of SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA that integrates loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP), CRISPR-based detection, and anti-fouling nanocomposite coating. By integrating LAMP amplification with CRISPR, we achieved ultrasensitive detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA at levels as low as 5 copies µL-1. Data from this electrochemical diagnostic platform was comparable to traditional RT-PCR methodology in a fraction of the time, at low cost, and without requiring laboratory space.
