Automatic testing in the integration phase of mobile work machine (TINAT) - MASIT31
Abstract
The performance and reliability of mobile work machinesare significantly affected by control systems of machinesand their characteristics. Currently the testing ofcontrol systems and verification of their properties isoften carried out just in the integration phase ofcontrols and mechanical structure of machine. This isvery time consuming, requires a lot of test personnel andis not extensive enough. In TINAT project a test conceptwill be developed for the testing of entire controlsystems of work machines without real the mechanicalstructures of the machines by utilizing modelling andreal-time hardware-in-the-loop simulation. The simulatorsystem enables automatic generation of test scenarios andautomatic analysis and reporting of test results.
