Synthesis and impedance measurements of ferroelectric semiconductors based on (1-x)BaTiO3-x(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3
Abstract
Structure and electrophysical properties of (1–x)BaTiO3—xNa0.5Bi0.5TiO3 solid solutions (0 ≤ x < 0.6) have been investigated. The sequence of reactions at the synthesis of the given materials has been defined. It has been shown that the main contribution to PTCR effect of (1–x )BaTiO3—xNa0.5Bi0.5TiO3 ceramics makes both the grain boundary and outer-layer region.
