<jats:p>MSME Anugrah Mina Lestari utilizes milk fish bone and intermuscular bone from milk fish grill cake processingasfishcrackerandfishshreddedasanefforttozerowaste.Theproblemofthese products was oily enough and the dryness of fish cracker was not uniform.
