Abstract

<jats:p>Epitaxial single-domain LiNbO<jats:sub>3</jats:sub> thin-films are realized using a novel nanocomposite seeding method. Full microstructure characterization and optical property measurement is conducted as a first step to demonstrate viability of this material for integrated photonics applications.</jats:p>
