Ultrashort laser sintering of printed Ag and Au nanoparticle thin tracks on heat sensitive substrates
Abstract
<jats:p>We propose an efficient sintering method for metal nanoparticles films on flexible heat sensitive substrate using femtosecond laser. Sheet resistance measurements and SEM micrographs reveal significant improvements in conductivity and grain size after laser sintering.</jats:p>
