Quasicrystal metamaterials
Abstract
<p>We introduce a novel class of metamaterials with quasicrystalline meta-atom arrangements and study their properties in comparison with periodic and disordered metamaterials. We show that quasicrystalline metamaterials exhibit isotropic optical properties while preserving pronounced resonances.</p>
