A concept of smart low-cost FMCW-based perimeter radar system for border protection
Abstract
The paper presents a concept of a smart and lowcost FMCW-based perimeter radar system intended to use for border protection. The results of analyses devoted to requirements on the individual radar and the complete system are discussed. The general structure of the radar and its key components as well as the structure of signal and data processing algorithms are presented and described respectively. The results of the range analysis for the planned perimeter radar are also included in the paper.
