The dashboard provides detailed information about the selected scientist, e.g. publications. The dashboard can be filtered and shows the relationship to co-authors in different diagrams. In addition, a link is provided to find contact information.

The Materials Map is still under development. In its current state, it is only based on one single data source and, thus, incomplete and contains duplicates. We are working on incorporating new open data sources like ORCID to improve the quality and the timeliness of our data. TE018 Dielectric-Resonator Technique for Precise Measurements of the Complex Permittivity of Lossy Liquids at Frequencies Below 1 GHz*

Abstract

We describe a novel cylindrical TE<sub>01δ</sub> mode dielectric resonator used to measure the complex mewl permittivity of liquids. We performed measurements at frequencies of 422 MHz and 970 MHz on 1-propanol alcohol, methyl alcohol, deionized water, and conductivity- standard solutions of water and potassium chloride. Rigorous mode-matching analysis was used to determine the complex permittivity. Type B measurement uncertainties were estimated to be less than 0.01 for the relative permittivity and less than 0.01 for the loss tangent.
