Abstract
<jats:p>Supercritical CO<jats:sub>2</jats:sub> solvent enables the synthesis of crystallized oxide particles with high specific surfaces. A route was developed to generate nano-structured YSZ powders which may be suitable for porous SOC electrodes or dense electrolytes.</jats:p>
