Crystal growth, structural and electronic characterizations of zero-dimensional metal halide (TEP)InBr<sub>4</sub> single crystals for X-ray detection
Abstract
<jats:p>A new 0D metal halide (TEP)InBr<jats:sub>4</jats:sub> is reported. Structural and electronic properties were studied. The fabricated X-ray detector using a (TEP)InBr<jats:sub>4</jats:sub> single crystal showed a detection sensitivity of 569.85 μC Gy<jats:sup>−1</jats:sup> cm<jats:sup>−2</jats:sup> at <jats:italic>E</jats:italic> = 100 V mm<jats:sup>−1</jats:sup>.</jats:p>
