Abstract
<jats:p>SWCNT-p-type TE films on GF with a power factor of 96 μW m<jats:sup>−1</jats:sup> K<jats:sup>−2</jats:sup>. SWCNT-n-type TE films on GF with a power factor of 82 μW m<jats:sup>−1</jats:sup> K<jats:sup>−2</jats:sup>. The GFRP–OTEG exhibited: <jats:italic>V</jats:italic><jats:sub>OC</jats:sub> = 1.01 V, <jats:italic>I</jats:italic><jats:sub>SC</jats:sub> = 850 μA, <jats:italic>P</jats:italic><jats:sub>max</jats:sub> = 215 μW.</jats:p>
