Non-stoichiometry and its implications for the properties of PMN–PT thin films
Abstract
<jats:p>0.67[Pb(Mg<jats:sub>1/3</jats:sub>Nb<jats:sub>2/3</jats:sub>)O<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>]–0.33[PbTiO<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>] (PMN–33PT) epitaxial thin films were prepared by pulsed-laser deposition (PLD) using ceramic targets, enriched with PbO (and MgO).</jats:p>
