Abstract
<jats:p>In this work, three different types of surfactants DTAC, C<jats:sub>12</jats:sub>H<jats:sub>25</jats:sub>N (CH<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>)<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>Cl<jats:sup>−</jats:sup>, TX-100, C<jats:sub>34</jats:sub>H<jats:sub>62</jats:sub>O<jats:sub>11</jats:sub> for <jats:italic>x</jats:italic> = 10) and AOT-100, C<jats:sub>20</jats:sub>H<jats:sub>37</jats:sub>O<jats:sub>7</jats:sub>NaS) with corrosion restraint were utilized as corrosion inhibitors for 1037 CS in 0.5 M HCl.</jats:p>
