Temperature gradient sensor based on CNT composite
Abstract
<p>This work describes fabrication and investigation of thin film temperature gradient sensor based on the composite of carbon nano-tubes (CNT) and polymer adhesive. The dependences of the voltage, current and Seebeck coefficient of the sensor upon gradient of temperature were measured. It was observed that with increase of temperature gradient, the voltage and current of the sensor increase while the Seebeck coefficient decreases.</p>
