Structural evolution, optical gap and thermoelectric properties of CH3NH3SnBr3 hybrid perovskite, prepared by mechanochemistry
Abstract
<p>From the cubic phase at RT, three superstructures are identified down to 120 K result from the octahedral SnBr6 tilting and the stereochemical effect of Sn2+ lone pair. The Seebeck coefficient is ∼2000 μV K−1 at RT.</p>
